This tiny music venue is always hoppin’ with national and local indie bands, including We the Kings and What Laura Says Thinks and Feels, and the scenesters who love them. Local improv troupes such as the Light Rail Pirates also have taken the stage, and Modified is one of the most popular First Friday ArtWalk destinations because of its eclectic rotating display of Valley art.
