JOMAMA......Richard Funke did not propose knocking down the bar but won the right from the City bid process. Brower tossed his bid package in the dumpster. The City of Scottsdale broke every rule Funke played by and he had a signed redevelopment agreement in his possession. So much for a fair and legal process !!!

I LOVE that place. I rarely go out, and when a group of friends suggested the Coach House on Saturday night, it sounded like a lot more fun than your typical club with blaring music and overpriced drinks. When I walked in, I was blown away by the XMAS decor. The Coach House is definitely my new holiday hangout.
