It’s worth the journey to 4th Floor Grille & Sports Bar, tucked inside the Chaparral Suites Resort — on the fourth floor, of course. On the sports-bar side of the restaurant, watch your favorite teams on nine TVs, including three big-screens, while you munch on classic bar food. Try the combo plate ($10.95), which comes with favorites such as potato skins and buffalo wings. For a quieter atmosphere, the dining room offers fancier booths and tables in a more intimate setting, and the menu has steak, seafood and chicken dishes to satisfy. The melt-in-your-mouth filet mignon ($22.95) is worth the splurge, while the Dover sole ($15.95) is covered in a tasty white-wine beurre blanc sauce. Or try one of the restaurant’s “Scottsdalian” selections — dishes made with pesto sauce.
