Angels Trumpet Ale House
The tavern in downtown Phoenix offers 31 craft beers on tap and "way above" bar food, promises owner Mat Englehorn. Appetizers include warm sausage platter made with wild game, bratwurst and chorizo, and crispy spam sliders served on Hawaiian bread with feta cheese, cranberry slaw and Sriracha mayo. Salads, flatbreads and entrees like smoked chicken legs and lamb pastrami are on the menu. Visit for Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
