Get a little bit of Scottsdale history — and a great burger — at Greasewood Flat. The bar and restaurant, which has been around for more than 30 years, takes up space in a 120-year-old bunkhouse and is a favorite among both bikers and the hip and trendy. Try a half-pound burger topped with green chile or bacon, or a chicken-breast sandwich or hot dog — sorry, vegetarians, your choices are limited to grilled cheese and chips and salsa. After grabbing some grub, head to one of the picnic tables outside to eat under the stars, enjoy live music and roast some marshmallows on the campfire. Greasewood Flat accepts cash only.
