Across from Scottsdale Fashion Square, this is where the rich and swanky come to eat after they fete each other with lavish purchases at Tiffany & Co. It's also where money men, business owners and politicos come to broker power, or whatever it is they do over rounds of scotch or a meal of steak and seafood. The live blues band loosens up the crowd on Fridays and Saturdays and makes mingling easy.
