Aimed toward guests and golfers at the Wigwam Golf Resort and Spa, the fancy-pants Red’s Steakhouse serves big hunks of steak, the obvious star of the menu. The restaurant’s bone-in filets, New York strips and filet mignons come solo on a plate — sides cost extra. The pricey steaks are juicy and tender, and if you decide to splurge, try a crab-cake appetizer with roasted red pepper and avocado mousse. The restaurant also offers such seafood options as king salmon and Chilean sea bass, but stick with the beef.
