Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro
Tastings’ chefs and owners designed their bistro as an independent, upscale option for West Valley residents to experience serious wine and cuisine. The ambitious menu includes prosciutto-wrapped melon with buffalo mozzarella, beef filet in Pinot Noir sauce and the signature entree, the lobster baguette with cilantro aioli and chayote slaw. Look for the showcase dessert, an “untraditional tiramisu” called the tiratini. An extensive wine list and flights also are available. Specials and entertainment includes $2 tastings on Tuesday's, half-priced bottles of featured wine on Wednesday's, free mini-spa treatments on Thursday's, live music on Friday's and Saturday's and a $22 three-course meal deal on Sunday's.
