At Blunt Club, the focus isn't only on the DJ and dancing, but on live art and emcees. Presented by Dumperfoo and Doug The Professional, this weekly is going on its sixth year. Resident DJs include Pickster One and Element, and guests like Afrika Bambaataa, DJ Joe Nice, and Raashan Ahmad add to the bill. Expect hip-hop, funk, drum and bass, dubstep, and glitch-hop. Specials include 50-cent Heineken from 9 to 11 p.m., and local businesses such as the headshop Headquarters, McFarlane Toys, art supply store Wet Paint, and more offer giveaways every week.
