They've finally arrived

You can almost hear Rocky Point exhale. The spring break crowds that have been so hotly anticipated all week seem to have arrived today, and so many of the bars, clubs and restaurants that seemed to bereft of life are now teeming with teens.

Still, they are not here in the massive numbers of the past.

The lines that once overwhelmed the small American restaurant Max's at lunch are missing. The lines that once telegraphed the mayhem inside Baja Cantina are nowhere to be seen. The lines that once spilled into the alley outside of Manny's Beach Club are MIA.

But on the upshot, it's kind of like going to a drunk Disneyland with an express pass.
