Downtown Phoenix has maybe 3 to 4 great bars that really capture the downtown vibe, Bar Smith being one of them. The bar has two floors, the first floor is the main bar. The decor is chic, minimal and urban, with a few booths and tables spread across the room. The second floor is the rooftop bar, where they sometimes project classic movies or sports games on the white brick wall. The second floor offers a view of US Airways Center, albeit it's obstructed by construction, as well as parking lots and other downtown venues. It's a great place to stop by for a drink or food before or after a Suns game.
