A snazzy steak house and supper club whose main attractions are the prime-grade beef and nightly entertainment, Skye, named for an island off Scotland, is a $7 million, 14,000-square-foot club. To get the best of both worlds, order the gorgeous “baseball cut” top sirloin, and ask to sit in the “croft.” Skye appeals to those looking for a retro night out, where people dress up a little, dance a lot and down cocktails such as the Sazerac, French 75 and sidecar. The menu is modern-American cuisine.
