When one thinks of margaritas, Houston's wouldn't necessarily come to mind. But the bartenders here squeeze the limes right in front of your eyes for an ultra-fresh concoction. Houston's serves their margaritas frothy, not blending, per se, but whipping them in to a frenzy. Homemade sour mix is the key, as is the fresh lime juice and plenty of Cuervo Gold.
