Located inside the Fairmont Scottsdale, this lounge has an indoor bar with panoramic windows and plush seating and an outdoor bar that seemingly floats on a square-shaped pool below. Its clientele consists of hotel guests, stylish locals and even celebrities during event nights. (It’s owned by Rande Gerber, nightlife entrepreneur and Cindy Crawford’s husband, who also owns locations in Los Angeles and New York City.) Try one of the signature cocktails, which can be pricey but, as they say, “When in Rome … ”
