The City North location is not quite as sexy as the one in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, but the new 25 Degrees is pretty gorgeous, with mirrored wallpaper, low lighting and the sex appeal of something similar to a French woman’s dressing room. The burgers are just as buzz-worthy, and so is the drink selection. Hello, Guinness milkshake! This is a pic from the Hollywood location, but the Phoenix one is super-similar, just brighter.
