The elegant fusion eatery is known for its striking, all-white decor, finished with art of roosters and all-white fruit sculptures. A blend of Latin and Asian flavors made Asia de Cuba a trendsetters' paradise when it opened in Los Angeles, and a similar vibe lives on in the Valley's incarnation.
