The haute-cuisine restaurant BLT Steak mixes up alluring thirst-quenchers. In the Wild Blossom martini, Plymouth gin, St-Germain Elderflower liqueur and grapefruit and cranberry juices are shaken to create a pale pink, slightly cloudy drink with light, fruity and floral tastes. The Cowboy Killer is a darker concoction, a mix of Maker's Mark bourbon, Grand Marnier-soaked cherries and sweet vermouth.
Complement your drink with a hunk of flakey, chewy goodness—a popover, topped with gruyere.
The homey space has ultrasuede taupe walls and cube-shaped light fixtures covered in beige transparent fabric. One wall is a scribbled-upon chalkboard. Continue your experience outdoors on the wrap-around patio opening to great views of the Valley.
