Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale

Bourbon Steak mixes up an extensive selection of classic martinis and manhattans as well as some twists.
Cocktails are thoughtfully prepared. There is a Gimlet, a Vesper, a Rob Roy, and five kinds of non-flavored martinis. There are three kinds of Teas, two kinds of Mules, a Cable- and Sidecar, as well as both White and Pink ladies. There is even a God-family: father, mother and child—all amaretto infusions. The Casino Royale is served up with Tanqueray Ten, maraschino, fresh orange and lemon juices and champagne.
While the cocktail menu is decadent, less is more when it comes to the decor. The restrained, expensive pieces set against dark walls make a statement. The barely-there lighting adds to the intimate effect.
