Think naughty librarian meets Coyote Ugly at Mill Avenue institution The Library Bar and Grill. If the nylon stockings on the Hooters girls upstairs are not quite your thing, these girls are sure to blow your skirt up, so to speak. While the uniform isn't completely uniform, it generally consists of a button-down shirt, cinched above the waist, with enough décolletage for a Playboy Mansion party, knee-high socks and the ability to hop on top of the bar at any given moment to put on a PG-13 show. And it truly is a show - girls must attend mandatory dance practice every Sunday at 11 a.m. to keep them gyrating in unison.
The Library thinks of the ladies too - every Wednesday is Humanity Appreciation Day from 5-8 p.m. with $10 martinis and manicure or massages.
