Swanky Old Town hotel Mondrian Scottsdale is home to the whimsical, baroque Red Bar. Dressing to impress is key, as these bars are celebrity hangouts and you never know who you might run in to—Joey Fatone, Matt Leinart, Nick Lachey…If you're staying at the modernist hotel, you can get away with wearing resort casual. But if you're trying to get past the model-cum-door host, you have to be firing on all sex cylinders. Or you have to have walked the Neiman Marcus runway together last week.
