Barcelona prides itself on switching up classic cocktails with new flavors, and the 10 Cane Mojito is no exception. It's made with Bacardi Limon that's muddle with lime and mint, then topped with club soda and a squirt of simple syrup, before being garnished with a lime. Manager Daren Miley says the tart flavor of the drink is anything but boring. "When I think of lemon and lime, it really kind of pops in your mouth when those two mix," Miley, 30, says.
