Cadillac mojito at Padre’s Modern Mexican Cuisine

Sure, some mojitos are light, but the Cadillac Mojito from Padre's Modern Mexican Cuisine isn't one of them. It's packed with a simple light rum, simple syrup, lime juice and mint, which are muddled before being topped with club soda and Flor de Cana, a dark rum. Owner Cole Durbin, 27, says the strength and taste of this mojito make it stand out. "With the extra shot of the dark rum on top, combined with the light rum, it really just adds a nice flavor profile to the whole drink," Durbin says.
