Frozen Mojito at Malee’s Thai Cuisine

The mojito may have originated in Cuba, but Malee's Thai Cuisine serves up its own version, using fresh sweet and sour mix. That's blended with Bacardi Limon rum, lime wedges, soda water and mint for an especially citrus-y taste, says bar manager Tyler Christensen, 30. "You can get a lot more of a natural lime flavor rather than a syrupy bland flavor," Christensen says. "Ours are really full-flavored, fresh citrus flavors."
