The Lemon Berry Mojito at Padre's Modern Mexican Cuisine looks more like a fruitier version of lemonade than an alcoholic concoction. It's bright pink with floating blueberries, but this cocktail actually is filled with Stoli blueberry vodka, fresh blueberries and fresh lemonade. So, it's not technically a mojito because it's not made with rum, but the muddling action is what inspired Durbin to call it a mojito. "With our name being Padre’s Modern Mexican, we want to put our own twist on it," Durbin says. "It’s a little bit sweeter, but it’s got the nice tartness because of the fresh lemonade, and the blueberries balance everything out. It’s a new twist on an old classic."
