For those who are looking for a more citrusy take on a mojito, head to Sassi for a Limoncello Mojito. The drink is for lemon-lovers, made with house-made limoncello, which is made after the zest of 100 lemons is soaked in Everclear for 4 days, then strained and added to equal parts simple syrup and the original juice of the lemons. That's mixed with Bacardi Light Rum and muddled with lime and mint leaves, plus a dash of simple syrup. The liquid is topped with Sprite and garnished with a lime wheel, and the drink is similar to what's found all over southern Italy, says director of service Angela Badolato. "It gives it an Italian twist to the original mojito," Badolato, 33, says.
