Pineapple mojito at Asia de Cuba

The place is called Asia de Cuba, so this restaurant puts an Asian twist on the Cuban classic. In their mojitos, expect mint-infused tea and fresh mint, as well as citrusy flavors such as fresh pineapple and fresly squeezed pineapple juice. After those ingredients are muddled, the mixture is topped with Cruzan Pineapple Infused rum, club soda, dark rum and garnished with a rum-soaked sugar cane stalk. Director of restaurant Danny Sterling says the cocktail matches the restaurant's cuisine, which often contains pineapple, mango and coconut flavors. "(The pineapple) gives it more of a tropical taste," Sterling, 29, says. "It’s a bit stronger flavor."
