It's fall. That means school's back in session, the temperatures are finally dipping below 100 degrees and pigskin has consumed Sundays. Even if you aren't trenched in your office's Fantasy Football league or avidly tracking the NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV, you may still want to crack a cold one during a game with a few (hundred) friends.

Diehard fans from around the country have nested in the Valley and taken over select watering holes on game days. We've got a list of a few favorites:

Four Peaks Brewing Co.

Four Peaks Brewing Co.

1340 E. Eighth St. - Tempe
480-303-9967

Minnesota Vikings. With owners from Minnesota, there's no question that this bar caters to a Vikings crew that loves to watch the purple pounce. Both snow birds and locals flood the bar on Sundays starting at 10 a.m. with brunch. Numerous TVs showcase every Minnesota game of the season. Kick back with like-minded fans and sip on $4 mimosas and Bloody Marys. You can nosh on the happy hour menu until 7 p.m.

Upper Deck Sports Grill

Upper Deck Sports Grill

4224 N. Craftsman Court - Scottsdale
480-941-9333

Philadelphia Eagles. The official Phoenix fan club, the Desert Eagles, lands at Upper Deck on all game days. The sports bar touts more than 30 high-definition plasmas and two projection screens. While it covers all NFL games, you'll always find a massive green crowd crowing at the screens. The Philadelphia fans even break out into the "Fly, Eagles Fly" fight song after every touchdown, so get your vocal cords ready and head over early. On Sunday's, the bar opens at 9 a.m. for a supersized breakfast. You can take advantage of house shots all day for $3 a pop. For Monday games, you can devour cheap appetizers on the happy hour menu and gulp down bottled beer, well drinks and wine - all a $1 off.

Bruno's Sports Bar & Grille

16737 E. Parkview Ave. - Fountain Hills
480-836-0770

Chicago Bears. Shuffle on over to Bruno's in Fountain Hills to watch Da Bears defense put the brakes on their opponents. You'll undoubtedly find loud-mouthed fans growling at some of the 11 TVs. In fact, half the bar is dedicated as the "Bear Den" on game days. Eat, drink and swap stories from the Windy City all day. Happy hour menu is available from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Harold's Cave Creek Corral

Harold's Cave Creek Corral

6895 E. Cave Creek Road - Cave Creek
480-488-1906

Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers machinery is humming loud and proud at Harolds Cave Creek Corral on Sundays. It's been the Valley hotspot for the Steelers nation since 1993. Not only will you be rooting with fellow black and gold enthusiasts, you'll get killer deals on drinks. Members of the Harlods Steelers Fan Club get 10-cent Bud Lights, Buds and Iron City's, the premium local lager. Cave Creek's Old West atmosphere and the Steelers diehard fan base make the perfect combo for a Steel City weekend wrap-up.

McKenna's Tavern and Eatery

2808 E. Indian School Road - Phoenix
602-957-9806

New England Patriots. McKenna's in Phoenix (formerly The Vine), has been the hotspot for Valley's Patriots fans for a decade. More than 250 super-fans flood the place on weekends. Prepare your eardrums. This place gets loud and rowdy, but all in good fun. Different shot specials are called out throughout the Pats games. You can also down Bloody Marys, screw drivers and mimosas for just $4. The games are showcased throughout the bar on some 20 televisions, 16 in high-def.

Lager Fields

12601 N. Paradise Village Parkway West - Phoenix
602-765-0059

Texas Longhorns. Longhorn pride is booming at LagerFields Sports Grill near the Paradise Valley Mall. This is the official home of the University of Texas Alumni Association, where fellow grads gather to cheer on their hometown team. The bar has pub grub favorites as well as classier fare like steamed green lip muscles and ahi tuna steaks. And don't worry about any "bighorns" blocking your view - 42-inch plasmas are visible from nearly every seat. You can also load up on the Texas brew Shiner Bock, which is a $1 off on Saturdays. If Shiner Bock isn't your beer of choice, you have 34 others to choose from.

Arena Sports Grill

6245 E. Bell Road - Scottsdale
480-948-0008

Nebraska Huskers. Charge over to Arena Sports Grill on Husker game days if you want to be surrounded by a couple hundred other red and white disciples. Nebraska fans swarm some 22 high-definition TVs, including two projection screens. Dive into six different varieties of sliders or half-pound burgers to satisfy your football-induced hunger. The beer of the month is $2.50.

There is a new Zipps opening up on 36th street and Indian School. I know a lot of eagles fans who will be watching the games there this year.
