Outside, the patio always is packed with people, sipping on yummy cocktails such as watermelon-tinis or munching on items from the reasonably-priced bar menu.
The Roosevelt Tavern
816 N. Third St. - PhoenixFound in the heart of the arts district, this laid-back bar and American restaurant is set in a restored home built in the early 1900s, and is now features hardwood floors, a sharp, minimalist décor and a glass-walled keg room.
Tammie Coe Cakes
