This Phoenix Seafood joint on East Jefferson Street provides a family-friendly, fast-food style dining area (complete with a cable TV) coupled with a great seafood menu. Mandy’s prides itself on being “home of the catfish,” but the menu also offers, Buffalo wings, gyros, Philly cheesesteaks, burgers and an extensive selection of sides.
