Margarita flights
When one cocktail just isn't enough, the Salty Senorita is there for you. The restaurant offers four kinds of margarita flights, and each flight comes with three 6-ounce margaritas.
Classic mojito
Padre's Modern Mexican Cuisine specializes in Mexican cuisine with a twist. Wash down your lobster quesadilla or your goat cheese- and poblano-stuffed chicken with one of their classic mojitos.
Honeydew Melon Martini
The name may suggest the casbah, but Fez actually conjures up a young, urban vibe and menu. They offer an array of signature drinks, including the Honeydew Melon Martini, a mixture of melon vodka accented with pineapple and midori.
Mai tai
Trader Vic's is back, in all its tiki-tacky glory: the pupu platter, crab rangoon and of course, the signature mai tai, made with rum, lime juice and orange curacao.
Tijuana Donkey
The Tijuana Donkey ($8.50), at Los Sombreros, is a refreshing libation made with Cazadores Silver tequila, ginger beer and fresh lime juice. A little bit tart, a little bubbly and mighty good.
Yin & Yang
Yes, The Melting Pot is a fondue restaurant, but chocolate isn't relegated to the pot. Try the Yin Yang, made with white chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka and vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate shavings.
The caipirinha
You need something to offset the meat at all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse Fogo E Brasa. Stay with the Brazilian theme by ordering a caipirinha. This popular drink is made with distilled sugarcane juice, lime and sugar.
Swamp Thing
The signature drink, the Swamp Thing at Pappadeaux, is made with Midori and Chambord. As you can imagine, it packs a punch. Belly up to the bar and order one at the only Arizona location of this Texas chain. While you're there, order a dozen oysters on the half shell or a fried oyster po boy.
Sake-rita
Zen 32 features a fusion menu, a blend of Japanese, Chinese and other Asian influences, with a subtle touch of European flair. For an Asian-inspired cocktail, try the sake-rita, which blends raspberry sake, Triple Sec, Chambord and sweet and sour.
