The Cuban cousin to the caipirinha, the mojito must be made correctly. Nicely muddled fresh mint and lime, sugar cane syrup and good-quality rum make this drink a summer favorite. In the spring and fall, sit outside at Jade Bar and enjoy the breezes. In the hot summer, the bar is a cool hideaway. Both have fabulous views of Mummy Mountain.
