The Phoenician has cornered the Arizona market on the Bellini experience. For the holiday season, it will be featuring this decadent Holiday Bellini. Created by Mac Gregory, this drink is so pretty you may feel the need to pose for pictures next to it. DeKuyper Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps is topped with Santa Margherita Prosecco, as a red sugar flame "burns" from the bottom of the glass. The Phoenician is getting truly decked out this season, with a 15-foot tree and 9-foot gingerbread house in the main lobby, along with five more trees and two more gingerbread houses throughout the property.
