Henry Jack's Place
Told you it's hard to categorize Latin music. On Saturdays, this neighborhood hangout features live bands playing Tejano music before old-school soul takes the floor with the appearance of Mr. DJ Ray. The dance floor is packed with a casually dressed crowd, where the men sport baseball caps, the women work tight jeans and everyone seems to have a tattoo or two. And a sense of style that revolves around the liberal use of bling. It's hoppin' 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday, with a $10 cover.
