Radical self-expression in the Nevada desert
For one week each year, the Burning Man festival out in Nevada's Black Rock Desert allows free-spirited folks to remove society's shackles/their pants and help shape a massive shared experience through radical self-expression. Large-scale art and other interactions are created by the Black Rock City citizens themselves—some 50,000 strong.
