Women's Club of Mesa - 200 N. Macdonald St. - MesaIt don’t mean a thing if ain’t got that swing. Want a place to learn and practice Lindy-hop, Collegiate Shag, Balboa, Charleston or old fashioned East Coast Rock-step? Head out to the Women’s club of Mesa on a Monday night and dance your rear-end off at Hepkats. Don’t know how to swing dance? They got you covered. From 7pm to 8pm, an easy-to-follow East Coast Swing lesson is given by professional instructors. Then it’s free dancing from 8pm to 11. The music includes swing from the 20’s 30’s and 40’s as well as some more modern tunes.
