Scottsdale Road - ScottsdaleA new beer dinner series kicks off with a reception and mini bites at 6:30 p.m., followed by a three-course meal prepared by executive chef Esteban Colon, featuring beer pairings from SanTan Brewery. Yucatan-style chicken skewers with tomatillo-papaya salsa and grilled Mexican shrimp cocktail shooters are paired with SanTan Hefeweizen for the first course, followed by white chicory salad with tomatoes, Asiago cheese, and roasted garlic vinaigrette paired with SanTan Epicenter American Amber Ale. A pan-roasted pork chop with yellow-pepper mole, sweet potato-plantain mash and a cinnamon maple syrup are paired with SanTan Hopshock IPA for the entree.
