There’s a kids amusement park, Enchanted Island, here, but Encanto Park also has plenty for adults to do. There are basketball, racquetball, volleyball and tennis courts, plus a lake big enough for boating and fishing, exercise and golf courses, and softball fields. There also are grills, ramadas and picnic areas for parties at this huge Phoenix park, which is open until 11 p.m. nightly.
