Meredith Vieira, filling in on the fourth hour of Today for Kathie Lee Gifford (at home recovering from a root canal), came back from commercial this morning with a loud, "Oh, (shoot)!"
But she didn't say "shoot."
Vieira, who was holding a smoothie drink and getting ready for an interview with Al Roker, had dropped one of her information cards, which prompted her to drop the s-bomb.
She immediately covered her mouth and gasped.
"Just go ahead and put in on Gawker immediately," said Kotb.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry," said Vieria.
Just then they heard a bleep.
"Little late for the bleep," laughed Kotb.
