'Mildred Pierce' and 'Mad Men' lead this year's Emmy nominations
Actors Joshua Jackson ("Fringe") and Melissa McCarthy ("Mike & Molly") announced the 2011 Emmy Awards nominations bright and early Thursday morning.
It was a great year for the letter "M," as Kate Winslet miniseries "Mildred Pierce" and perennial favorite "Mad Men" led the pack with 21 and 19 Emmy nominations, respectively, while "Modern Family" was the most nominated comedy series with a whopping 17. (And even presenter Melissa McCarthy was nominated for her work on the CBS comedy series "Mike & Molly.")
