Better described as: It's no wonder these guys have a sound similar to Tempe bands the Refreshments and Gin Blossoms—Johnson also plays in the Gin Blossoms.

Behind the name: The name is a joke within the band in reference to Greer's Elvis-like mane when he wakes up.

If you have two minutes to check out the band's MySpace page, listen to this: "Down" is one of their catchiest, most upbeat songs and even has an "oo-oo" sing-along part.

Currently working on: Besides playing regular gigs at the Vig and Hotel Valley Ho this summer, they also hope to release an album by early 2010.

Music is . . . : "I couldn't live without it," P-body says. "I wouldn't be able to eat. Besides making a living at it, it's everything. It's love and pain, it's the air that I breathe, it's passion, it's conflict, it's drama, it's everything. Any subject, that's what it is to me. It's expression. Maybe above all, it is the best form of expression of creativity for me, and creativity is my goddess."
