When it comes to serious, big-time rapping, a concert by Brooklyn-spawned superstar Jay-Z shouldn't be missed.
Urban-music fans in the Valley turned out en masse Thursday night, July 2, packing all three levels of the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix to hear one of rap's most magnetic performers do his thing. Jay-Z, aka Shawn Carter, did not disappoint.
