The founder of Islands Fine Burgers and Drinks wanted to design a fun, family-friendly restaurant around a memory he had of being in Oahu with his buddies in the ’60s, and he succeeded. Surf on in for the fresh-cut fries or one of the fantastic specialty burgers, like the Kilauea, a jalapeno- and black-pepper-crusted burger with pepper Jack and chipotle aioli, or the Hawaiian, topped with pineapple, Swiss and teriyaki sauce.
