Liberty Market is the child of Valley restauranteur Joe Johnston, founder of Coffee Plantation, Joe's Real BBQ, and Joe's Farm Grill. Liberty Market blows them all out of the water, occupying a swank '30s-era building and dishing up sandwiches, salads, pecan wood-fired pizzas and house-made desserts. The coffee alone is worth the trip.
