Matthew’s is the signature restaurant of the Grace Inn, an East Valley resort hotel. The recently remodeled décor fits with the casual Arizona luxury of the resort, and a new menu of classic American fare includes choices that range from steaks and seafood dishes to sandwiches and salads. The restaurant, which is open to the public, serves breakfast and lunch form 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., then reopens for dinner service at 5 p.m. During peak season, usually from October to February, Matthew’s offers a fantastic breakfast buffet.
