Stoudemire's Downtown: User Reviews
I'm not the biggest fan of this Stoudemire's in downtown Phoenix. It's just another bar/restaurant that serves American food, and caters primarily to sports fans who stop by for a drink or grub before a Suns game. In my experience, the service was not stellar. The bartender seemed almost annoyed when I asked him what was on tap, and he begrudgingly took my order, as if I was holding him up from doing something other than - gasp! - his job. The food is OK, better than dive bar food, but nothing sensational. The place is named after Suns player (and I believe co-owner) Amare Stoudemire and Bill Smith, who also owns Bar Smith. He scored with Bar Smith, but I'm just not feeling Stoudemire's.
