Taste New American cuisine while enjoying an incredible panoramic view of the Valley through the floor to ceiling windows at the signature restaurant of the Marriot Buttes Resort. Choose from appetizers such as the Top of the Rock Tasting Trio, which offers a sampling of mesquite-seared pork tenderloin, forest mushrooms and chilled tiger prawns, or classics such crab cakes. Entrees range from seafood and steaks to braised pork osso buco and pan-seared chicken breast. The Sunday champagne brunch is also fantastic.
