Upscale Chinese dining is at its best at P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (seven Valley locations). The restaurant serves traditional Chinese dishes with a modern twist in a classy setting, complete with soft-glow lanterns, Asian art and slate, and wood and metal accents. The atmosphere’s not exactly relaxing, though, considering the place is always bustling with lively groups. Amid the action, dine on dishes like shrimp with lobster sauce, almond and cashew chicken or coconut curry vegetables.
