If you’re lactose-intolerant or vegan but really crave some fro yo, head to Chill, which offers vanilla soy frozen yogurt in addition to original, chocolate and sugar-free raspberry flavors. The place is near Arizona State University, so expect lots of student customers who keep coming back to fill up their “buy nine get the tenth free” punch cards. Chill also features 15 gelato flavors, making the place a hit, no matter how hot or cold it is outside.
