Roaring Fork’s new Rewards Program, called RF Rewards, provides a 10 percent return on every dollar spent at the restaurant. Joining is free and once a member has spent $50, he or she will receive $5 on the card to use on a following visit. Those signed up for the program will receive other incentives such as gifts for anniversaries and birthdays, recipes, advise on food/wine pairings, first notice of promotions and seasonal menu news. To join RF Rewards, guests may sign up in the restaurant or online at www.roaringfork.com. New members will receive a personalized card within two to three weeks in the mail which they can bring in to start earning rewards immediately. Members can use the RF Rewards card at any of the restaurant’s four locations. They may also check their balance online anytime at www.roaringfork.com. RF Rewards points do not apply to tax and gratuity and rewards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards. According to Roaring Fork’s general manager, Ivars Melbardis, “The new rewards program will help us hone in on our local customer base to better understand what our guests enjoy and encourage staff to continually improve our consistent product and service."
