A Touch of European Cafe
Polish-food aficionados look no further: A Touch of European Cafe serves up the country’s classic eats in a cute, intimate setting in downtown Glendale’s historic district (the restaurant contains just six tables, plus a small patio.) The Polish owner-chefs, husband and wife Waldemar and Margaret Okula, serve up specialties such as pork goulash, hunter’s stew and, of course, plenty of sausage. And they’re always happy to offer a recommendation and check in to make sure you’re enjoying your meal. For a little bit of everything, try the sample platter ($12.95), with stuffed cabbage and pierogies (stuffed dumplings).
